"What to Expect"
You will want to allow an hour and a half for your first visit from arrival time to check out. If you have small children, it is best to leave them with a trusted care-giver or bring someone along who can watch them while we focus on YOU. We will cover your health history, concerns, goals, necessary testing, and answer the questions you've been dying to have answered. Our goal is to leave you FILLED with hope & a positive attitude toward your healing journey! You'll complete your visit by enjoying your first Massage Energy Table Treatment (15 min)! You will leave with a much better understanding of how your body works, the approach Dr. Jana takes to solve even the most complicated health problems, a copy of her Lifestyle Guide (the best 15 pages you will ever read), and anything else you will need to get started.
Nutritional Response Testing (NRT) is a technique performed on a patient that yields laser-like accuracy and precision for zeroing in on the root cause(s) of ANY condition(s), and the right program to correct them. NRT is an excellent tool for those cases which are difficult for other Doctors to solve...which we see a lot! Dr. Jana can precisely customize the perfect plan for you and test you against stressors such as: heavy metals, chemicals, foods, fungus, bacteria, virus, and parasites, and scars. She will take the data she collects on the first visit to write up your customized treatment plan. Our protocols are truly natural and a patient must qualify to receive this kind of care as it requires discipline and change on the patient's part in order to acheive the best possible results. We can only help you as much as you are willing to help yourself and comply with our recommendations.
"12 Weeks to Wellness" was named as such because 12 weeks (or 90 days) is the life cycle of a Red Blood Cell. We need to clean out the body, allow it to rest/heal and saturate it with its Nutritional needs for at least 12 weeks so that the body can produce a complete batch of new healthy cells made from the "finest ingredients" we can give it. Dr. Jana's job is to write the recipe for you. Therefore , it takes at least that much time to cover Phases 1 and 2 (outlined below), perhaps longer depending upon your state of health when we meet you. You will receive the details of your customized wellness plan on your 2nd visit after we have collected all necessary data on your first visit.
Phase 3 is simply healthy living with maintenance/preventative care. Your personal nutrition plan will change as you go through life. Once on maintenance care you will need to be re-evaluated every few months to stay on track and fine tune your current needs.This is the easy part; the good life! Dr. Jana's goal is to restore your health, educate you, and get you back to doing what you love...only better! Any patient who WANTS to get well WILL, and our goal is to help get you there as quickly as possible. Our prices are affordable, our protocols are do-able, and we strive to keep our stress levels down and personal lives lining up with what we preach, as well. Although we get attached pretty easily, it is not our goal to see you all the time and become your "new drug." We strive to get you to your highest level of health yet and send you into the world telling others about your story! This program is for anyone and everyone! Did you know that our “FOOD” is the #1 environmental factor affecting our health?! Did you know that Bayer, Dow, DuPont, Monsanto, and Syngenta, all CHEMICAL companies (not FOOD companies), own the majority of the crop seed in the U.S.? All their “Round-up Ready” seeds are genetically modified (GMO), are considered a “chemical” (aka: no longer a “food”) and insects that feed on these crops actually die as a result of the genetic modifications to the plant?! If insects are dying from eating this “food” don’t you think there’s a parallel to our country’s health crisis?! Do YOU find it ironic that many of the people in charge at the FDA (Food & Drug Administration) are the same people at the top of the ladder at Monsanto and the other Chemical empires?! And they also rotate in and out of the "top jobs" in Congress?!
Our time together will be a learning experience on how to make healthier decisions, how to regain your health without being overwhelmed, how to stay on track for a lifetime, how the human body REALLY works, how to become more pro-active, how to live a simpler, more productive and vibrant life and how to leave a new legacy of health for generations to come! I believe this country needs more education, not medication. I believe we need to cut out as many distractions in our lives as possible....think more "simple." Your health is your greatest wealth! Welcome to a journey that will forever change your life. Be prepared to cheat and fall off the plan. We all do. You will gain discipline along the way and learn to respect your body over time. We "were bought at a price," and I believe taking care of our bodies, the temple of the Holy Spirit, is the least we can do to honor our God that loves us SO very much! You did not lose your health overnight, so this is a process. We are not in a competition or race. It requires dedication, an open mind and the desire to be well. We need Jesus to give us strength where we are weak. Please be patient and enjoy the journey. You can do this!
